ISLE OF MAN
From rugged cliffs to rolling moorland and wide flat plains of sandy beaches, the Isle of Man offers a unique culture and fascinating heritage that stretches back thousands of years. As a crown dependency the island is not actually part of the United Kingdom, but has its own currency and laws, traditions and Manx language (but don’t worry as sterling is accepted and English is the spoken language). Our base for this tour is Douglas, the capital of the island where there is plenty for everyone including a good range of shops, a busy harbour, , bars, cafes plus historical buildings running along the crescent of the bay as well as the world famous Douglas Horse Tram.
